What I talk about.

Engineering leadership

Building product teams that ship. Ownership, clarity, and growing people without slowing them down.

Taming complex domains

Simple approaches to messy problems. Domain modelling, DSLs and architecture that follows the business.

Functional programming

F# in the real world: from serverless to life-saving applications, and how FP thinking helps OOP teams.

Honest failures

What went wrong and what we learned. Fuck-up nights, retros, and culture that can name its mistakes.
